my stay was wonderful for the price. the standard king room was neat, the bed was good. it had great facilities in the bathroom: a shower and bath sheets. the staff was welcoming, pleasant, and everything was good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our room that was going to be cleaned 2days as towels and available with an additional toilet and kettle, as example. Location: the hotel was near a nearby shopping centre and good shops and beautiful surroundings.
Nothing, all was good.

This place is super convenient, being close to shops, the city center, a big shopping mall, and a gateway resort! 🛍️.

Very basic accomodation, shower mouldy, bed uncomfortable, kitchen facilities limited, but receptionist extremely helpful and friendly a true asset to resort, don't think I would recomend or stay again.

It was convenient and close to friends we visited. Apart from the renovations, it was comfortable. Because we arrived on a saturday and the office was closed it was just a phone call to the on-call duty staff and everything was settled within a minutes.
No complaint actually, however I don't believe it was a "Superior King room" that we were provided with. I believe it was a basic hotel room without "room service" on a budget.--$75 per night.

1. It was advertised as a King Size bed, it was 2 lg. Singles with an uncomfortable zip and gap in the middle. 2. The room was advertised with a Balcony, could not use it because it was extremely filthy! When this was mentioned to Management, they offered to clean it , however i was working in the room and couldn't afford the time to move out so they could clean it ! That should have been done Before I arrived , not during my stay ! No compensation was mentioned, that was dissapoining as the Balcony could not be used at all .

First. The location of this Hotel sucks. The ads say it is 7 mins away from the city center. not true! Unless you have your own car-do not stay here. Cabs are expensive $20 one way to city. Takes 15-20 mins to reach. It is far away from the airport as well. second. They charged the tariff at a very high exchange rate almost over 0.90 (aud to usd) whereas all other hotels in Australia charged us at the rate of 0.86. Therefore, even though this hotel was "cheap" it ended up not being so. third. The reception is not 24 hrs. On Sundays it closes at 2pm so you can't even check-in. There is a bell to call someone after hours but no one really ever comes. Once we got locked out of our room at night and rang the bell. Security showed up after 2 hrs
Fourth There is no lift/elevator. We had to carry heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs and even though reception said they would send help they didn't-at the time of check in and check out. fifth. Filled with insects mosquitoes and what not. Cheap rates mean cheap stuff but this was ridiculous. fifth: Even after complaining no one seemed to accept their mistake about anything. sixth: There was no phone in the room and no internet. Furniture was old and sheets were dirty. Poor hygiene.SEVENTH: Breakfast was supposed to be included but we had to shell out $5.50 extra to upgrade to full from continental-which was only tea and toast. What a total rip off! I do not recommend this place. There are plenty of much nicer hotels near the city center.
